In this fascinating workshop, we will examine the evolution of the town of Antequera, the life experiences of its inhabitants, economic changes, and cultural and heritage production during a key period in its history: the Modern Age. We will approach Antequera as a dynamic space, shaped by power relations and family strategies that characterized a time of transition: between the Ancient Régime and the construction of the Liberal State, between tradition and modernity, between change and continuity.
